Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what In The Room (intheroom.tv, "we", "us") collects when you use intheroom.tv or join a session raffle, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. Questions or requests: momin@intheroom.tv.

What we collect

What you give us when you sign up:

What we record automatically when you sign up:

When you just browse the site: we and our analytics and advertising partners may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to see how people use the site and to measure and show our ads, including on social media. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our service providers also keep standard server logs.

We don't collect payment details, government IDs or anything sensitive. We don't ask for your beats through this site.

How we use it

We don't sell your information and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

Only the services we use to run In The Room, under their own security and privacy terms:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users or ourselves from fraud or abuse. The Session 1 artist does not get your email address or other contact details. If you win, they'll see your Instagram handle and hear your beats in the session.

Raffle winners and session recordings

If you win, we may post your Instagram handle when we announce winners. Sessions may be streamed and recorded, as explained in the Official Rules at intheroom.tv/rules.

Ages

You must be 13 or older to sign up. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. Parents and guardians can email us to see or delete their teen's information.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while In The Room is running sessions you might want to join, and delete it when you ask us to. We keep raffle records (entries, winners, consent records) for as long as we need them to show that a raffle was run fairly. Backups roll over and are replaced.

Your choices

Security

Your information is stored with trusted service providers using encrypted connections. Only In The Room's team can see the signup list. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there's less to protect.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
